Hawaii's culinary revolution began over 15 years ago, when twelve of the region's most accomplished chefs created Hawaii Regional Cuisine, Inc., a coalition formed to celebrate the remarkable diversity and sophistication of the islands' glorious fare. Since then, Hawaiian Regional Cuisine has made its mark on the world's culinary society by producing signature chefs throughout the islands.

Dine Around Components:
- Panache books/deposits all restaurant block. Deposits to be applied to final billing at each restaurant
- Coordination of restaurant reservations in addition to the transportation schedules
- Custom Menu Management
- Supply of all restaurant sign up folders at the hospitality center
- Monitoring of restaurant sign up, review for duplicate signing
- Confirmation of all restaurant blocks with each restaurant manager
- Dispatching of all transportation from hotel
- Restaurant billing will be placed on the group's Panache final invoice
